Assistant Workshop Controller

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Workshop Controller to assist in running our busy workshop with a special emphasis on up-selling work on all vehicles in repair.
You will need to have a proven track record in working in a successful workshop within the motor trade, have good management skills and be able to provide leadership for the Vehicle Technicians.
Your role will mainly consist of up-selling work on vehicles, to ensure smooth running of the workshop, liaising with the Service Department, and to be on hand to answer any queries from other departments and the general public.
You must have Excellent Communication Skills. Operational experience of Kerridge 8.35 (especially Point Of Sale and Workshop Loading modules) & 1Link booking system preferential
